BEFORE THE EVENT

Q: What do I need to bring to the forum?

A: Please remember to print out your ticket for ticket scanning and bring your student / alumni ID, if you bought student / alumni tickets. Due to the volume of the audience, please arrive at 8:30 a.m. to allow sufficient time for registration. Please also bring curiosity and enthusiasm for a fully packed and insightful day!

Q: Can I refund or transfer my ticket?

A: Unfortunately we do not provide refunds. However, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. Please ensure that they have the qualifications for your specific ticket type (e.g., student / alumni). Please also inform us of the transfer and provide full details of the new attendee (i.e., name, organization) via an email (LBSCBFTEAM@gmail.com). Thank you for your cooperation!

Q: Can I receive any discount for the forum tickets?

A: Yes, there are multiple ways to receive discounts for your ticket. 1) Purchase early-bird tickets 2) Ask for discount codes from our partners or sponsors; 3) Follow the LBSChinaClub WeChat public account to get latest discounts 4) Purchase five or more tickets? Contact us via LBSCBFTEAM@gmail.com to receive a group discount.

Q: I cannot attend the full forum. Can I buy a discounted ticket?

A: No, unfortunately we only offer tickets for the full forum. If the forum no longer suits your schedule, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please see the question above for more details about ticket transfer.

Q: I can't attend the full forum. Can I join part of it?

A: Absolutely! Join us when it is convenient for you. To minimize disruptions to speakers and other attendees, we will only allow entry between speeches or panels. Please check out the forum agenda before scheduling your arrival time. However, we strongly recommend you to join the full forum as every session is well-designed following the flow of the main topics.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Business casual (no jeans, sleeveless top, or slippers).

DURING THE EVENT

Q: Who will be at the forum?

A: There will be 300+ audience members, 35 speakers, 20+ demo startups, and 20+ media partners at the forum. Approximately 50% of the audience will be professionals and 50% will be students, alumni, and faculty from London Business School and other schools.

Q: Will food and beverages be provided?

A: Yes, your ticket includes a morning reception, a tea break and a working lunch.

Q: Besides attending, how can I further get involved with the forum?

A: You are welcome to join the forum in different ways – audience, speaker, sponsor or media / promotion partners. If you would like to collaborate with us in this or future forums, please contact us via LBSCBFTEAM@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing about your interest!
